EASTHAM BOARD OF ASSESSORS
Minutes of June 24, 2010 Meeting
Meeting convened at 9:30 am.
Present: Assessors Sette, Fagan, and Cahill, Alternate Assessor Avery, Field Appraiser Belinda Clarey.
- The Board voted unanimously to accept the minutes of the May 13, 2010.
- The Board voted unanimously to deny the FY11 Charitable Exemption application for the Roman Catholic Church, 930 Massasoit Road. The Church is no longer owner occupied, therefore, not tax exempt.
- The Board voted unanimously to abate the personal property tax for Paul and Karen Schofield per MGL Ch 58 section 8, a clerical error.
- The Board signed the warrants for the Barnstable County and Cape Cod Commission payments for November 1, 2010 and May 1, 2011.
- The Board signed notices of uncollectible taxes for personal property for FY06, 07, & 08 for Caledonian Stonework & Landscape and for FY 07 & 08 for GE Capital Leasing Company.
- The meeting adjourned at 10:30
